Singapore Travel Guide: Zoo and Night Safari
Singapore remains my favorite travel destination since my childhood. It is the developed country that has many treasures for travelers. People from all over the world visit this beautiful island. You can find many people living in Singapore from different countries. There are people from India, China, Malaysia and other countries around the world. It is associated with many cultures and values.
Some of my friends are working in Singapore and shared about various tourist spots. Among all this, I liked the Singapore Zoo. It plays two different roles. I would like to visit the Singapore night safari and zoo. I am planning to spend my winter holidays in Singapore. The Singapore Zoo is at the top of my itinerary. It is the center of various animals and birds. You can enjoy exploring rare species up close.
I would like to talk about my friends’ experiences at Singapore Zoo and Night Safari in this report. Below are the experiences my colleges have shared with me.
Singapore Zoo:
You have to choose between two types. If you visit in the early hours, you can enjoy seeing the animals and birds of the ‘day life’. It will work until midnight. In the late afternoon it turns into a Night Safari. Brings even more fun.
The Singapore Zoo is known as a zoo. The Singapore Zoo has an area of 28 hectares. The zoo follows today’s movement of open structures. You can see any animal that roams nearby. This is the unique occasion they have at the Singapore Zoo. We can enjoy the live tour on the way of animal research. They are homes in sprawling and broad muscles. They live separated from humans by dry or wet shafts.
Singapore Zoo has a huge variety of animals including white rhinoceros, white tiger, African hunting dog, Sumatran orangutan, banded mongoose, maned wolf and more. You can also find a reptile garden. There you can see western diamondback rattlesnake, green iguana, king cobra and more.
One thing most visitors will remember is €œBreakfast with an Orangutan”. It’s a lot of fun for young people. All travelers can enjoy this activity. I can’t wait to see it in person. Everyone can see a trained orangutan up close in this attraction. The shows with animals are also popular in this zoo.
It is the award-winning zoo in Singapore, which has received many awards from Singapore Tourism, ASEAN Tourism Association Awards, etc. It is the first animal park in history to keep a polar bear so close to the equator. Yes, people who visit Antarctica can see a polar bear in the zoo.

The attractions are the famous attraction. It offers different types of walks. You can enjoy tram rides, animals, boats, ponies and horse-drawn carriages. There are also various venues for events. They are Forest Lodge, Pavilion-By-the-Lake and Garden Pavilion.
My friends really enjoyed exploring this zoo and the food was good at Singapore Zoo.
Night Safari:
The night safari is available at 19:30 and ends by 12:30 in the morning. This is the world famous night animal park. The safari began in the 1980s. The Night Zoo houses around 1,040 animals from 120 different animal species. The Night Zoo is managed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore.
The night safari receives a huge amount of guests. The safari is divided into 8 geographical zones. You can explore this on foot or by train. Animals are visible spots that create light. The animals in the night safari have a variety from Indian rhinoceros to long-tailed deer.
The Night safari exhibits are created in SA and other parts of the world. The night safari is also similar to the open concept of the zoo. The night safari has a variety of dishes and places to eat. Guests can enjoy a stop for ice cream, Bongo Burgers at Ulu-Ulu Safari Restaurant, Ben and Jerry’s. Local and international dishes are available.
The fire show is popular in the night safari. Kids will really enjoy this show. Even my friends were excited to see their fire activities. I saw tribal people in one of the photos my friends shared. We can really feel like we are in the middle of the clothed. It will take you away from your busy life. You can enjoy seeing the men and women dressed in jungle dresses.
It entertains visitors from morning to midnight. You can also enjoy watching the nocturnal birds and animals and their activities. This is unusual and only in Singapore can we explore them at close range in Southeast Asia.
I am so curious to visit this place and feel the real aroma of the rainforest.
