Is your pet reincarnated? Reincarnation of an animal angel, inspiring hope for pet loss support

My dog died.

I was devastated! My heart felt a crushing pain and loneliness. My life was wiped out. His movement was not waiting for me and being in an empty home was more than I could bear.
I watched endless months of weekly photos, daily puppy updates, videos and rescue web cams. Nothing! I really didn’t even care because my heart was still sad to the bottom of me and my tears were still flowing. However, I felt compelled to keep watching the updates, no matter how upset they made me feel.

Then this fluffy little ball of fur, dragging a BIG stuffed toy in its mouth, ran happily zoom zooming across my computer screen. My heart raced. I must have watched, reviewed and memorized this video hundreds of times. I “felt” it in my soul (sign 1). I called, he was available, although 2,500 miles away. I thought I was too far away to fly the little guy with stopovers. (Sign 2), as the universe would have it, the airline added a holiday non-stop flight from that area to our airport, so now I had no excuses. I’ve been unburdened for years now and a new puppy, well…

I talked and questioned the puppy guardian until he probably got really tired of me. In one conversation, she jokingly called him a “bad boy.” I asked why. She said he has what looks like a B on his right hip and will send me a picture. (Sign 3) the image sent shivers down my spine and all my friends in a chorus of “what don’t you understand?” He was already being talked about at a higher level than any of us knew at the time. It was as if God had commissioned an angel to monogram my signature on his thigh so that I wouldn’t be so “human” that I wouldn’t know that this dog was meant to be mine.

With a tired heart, scared and excited I met him at the airport VERY worried! What if I had the wrong puppy and we don’t connect? I had never chosen a puppy from a distance. He jumped out of his crate and immediately placed all 7 pounds of 9 week old fluff right in front of me. He looked up and stared straight into my eyes as if to say where were you? Now let’s get on with our lives. Then he jumped into my arms and slept all the way to my house, which had now become our home.

I named him Friend. He responded to his ‘old’ name without missing a beat. He knew where his bed was, recognized the toys from his past life, and put them back in the same toy place where they were supposed to be! He didn’t even check out the new toys, he wanted HIS toys! He talks, hugs and does all the things that all my soul dogs “did”. When I looked into his eyes, we never left each other. He is my “baby dog”, my best friend. When my heart asked where you were, my spirit answered: I had to replace my old body with this new one so I could be in your life again. At 10 weeks old he knew and responded to all the old dog’s commands, no training needed. He’s my old senior dog with a few puppy moments besides running “wide open”, learning how to manage those new legs and being a chewing machine!

I am blessed to have soft paw pads caressing my face to wake me up every morning. All the eccentric little habits, practices, traits, favorite toys, foods, places, and tricks known only to my soul returned to my world in another earthly form of “monogrammed” skin as a Friend.

If you’ve lost your pet, service dog, companion animal, assistance dog, therapy dog, soul dog and forever fur baby, don’t lose hope. Listen to your heart, watch your dreams, and follow your soul’s knowledge and intuition. If you feel like you want to keep your pet’s beds and toys, there’s a reason, part of your soul knows they’ll come back. Every dog’s soul is a spirit composed of eternal energy that lives forever in all that exists.

When it is your soul pet, animal spirit guide, or spirit teacher in animal form, God/the Universe honors its choice to reincarnate to be with you many times in different physical bodies. Know that your pet is not gone forever. Give their spirit time to choose a new body. You’ll know when you see them! “Mom, I’m home!”
Here are some signs that your animal may have been reincarnated:

1. Listen and follow the timing and guidance of your inner promptings to seek your new body shape. You will “know” whether it’s a puppy, rescue dog, animal shelter, newspaper ad, internet search, just listen and trust!
2. Never ignore small details and simply present them as unimportant.
Track the details and trust that they are correct. There are no random things.
3. Look into the eyes of your loved ones, the window of their soul, you will know and recognize your relationship.
4. Ask questions and listen to the answers with your heart.
5. If you feel like holding on to your pet’s beds and toys, there’s a reason, part of your soul knows they’ll come back

Sometimes when they return, they embody a new trait that you hoped they would have in addition to their previous traits as an additional answer to your prayer. The rebirth period in which they return can be as short as a few hours or more.
