We have been fighting with Covid for several years and there are people who have never been diagnosed with this disease. Are they an anomaly? A special kind of person? How do people avoid this disease?

dr. Melissa Clarke is here with several reasons why, and according to her, “The fact is that those who have remained without COVID are a minority segment of the population. Only part of the population remained without Covid; disease is everywhere.”

1. Masks

The first reason is masking. dr. Melissa Clarke is convinced that masking has significantly helped prevent the spread of Covid, believing that “the healthiest people are those who have been committed maskers throughout the pandemic.” There are a huge number of masks to wear, but the best ones are N95 masks, because they provide the most protection. The next highest level of protection is KN95 masks. Surgical masks provide much weaker protection, and cloth masks are very ineffective.

2. Social distancing

Another reason is that you may be good at physical distancing. Distancing allows circulation, preventing the accumulation of infected particles. Those who think they have avoided the virus for so long may have been able to physically distance themselves, which includes working from home, avoiding indoor gatherings in crowded places, and isolating themselves from family members while they were infected with COVID.

The following two reasons are still being investigated.

3. Built antibodies

You may have many immune cells and antibodies built up in your system from previous infections with the common cold caused by other previous coronaviruses. These people have built-in protection that protects them from contracting the SARS COVID 2 coronavirus.

4. Genetics

A fourth possible reason being investigated is genetics. A minority of people’s bodies may not be sufficiently vulnerable to the virus due to genetic variations that make it difficult for the coronavirus to attach to and enter their cells.

5. Maybe you had it unknowingly

And finally, most people who think they haven’t gotten Covid probably have, but never realized it. According to Dr. Melissa Clarke, “40% of people who become infected will never develop symptoms, and many more had mild symptoms and were never tested for COVID, and thus never knew they had it.”
